KB3208 square shaft handle
The product adopts a square shaft handle composed of YX041 high-quality die-casting zinc alloy handle and panel. The matching transmission lock box can be applied to sliding doors and windows. The width of the base of this product is 25MM, which can be applied to relatively wide push-pull profiles; the straight shape of the handle is designed, and the overall shape is three-dimensional, showing the simple and direct nature of the design. The hidden design of the panel installed in the profile makes the profile surface and the handle surface of the square shaft as one plane, which achieves the effect of invisible decoration and enhances the appearance. The hole distance of the base is 43MM, the size of the square shaft is 7X7MM, and it is matched with the national standard M5 countersunk head wire, which can be applied to most of the transmission lock boxes on the market. The exposed size of the square shaft can be from 15-55MM in length to match the square shaft and machine wire of different lengths according to the profiles of different thicknesses.
Surface treatment: The surface treatment of the product is sprayed with Norwegian Jotun polyester powder, which guarantees no fading or discoloration for five years. (color optional)
Test standard: The product has undergone 35,000 repeated opening and closing tests without damage, and meets the requirements of the JG/T 124-2017 standard.
