The product material is an invisible hinge composed of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel and POM engineering plastics. The product can be applied to the European groove C20 casement sash. The largest window type of this invisible hinge can be 650mm (width) X1400mm (height), and the maximum load is 40KG. The product is made through the process of cold work forming and injection molding. The bottom slot has mounting screw holes; the mounting screw holes can use self-tapping screws to realize the fixed connection between the bottom slot and the frame profile; the structure design of the product is scientific and reasonable, and the screws are locked in two vertical directions, which is firm and reliable. The bottom groove is designed with sliding rubber parts, which have the characteristics of self-lubrication and noise reduction when it is opened. The product is installed in the frame and fan hardware channel, and the appearance and sealing of doors and windows are greatly improved. The product should be installed on the left and right sides.
