The product adopts a hinge composed of 6063-T5 high-quality extruded aluminum frame, fan, Q235 steel shaft and nylon glue. This product can be applied to slotless aluminum profile casement windows. The hinge fan and frame adopts positioning design, which can be directly positioned and installed on the aluminum material when the fan and frame are installed, which is characterized by convenient and quick installation. The hinge has a high-end appearance, and the rotation is smooth and correct.
Surface treatment: The surface treatment of the product is sprayed with Norwegian Jotun polyester powder, which is guaranteed not to fade or discolor for five years. (color optional)
Test standard: The product has undergone 25,000 repeated opening and closing tests without damage, and meets the requirements of the JG/T 125-2017 standard.
